料金

• 初回相談（30分）: 無料

• 病院同行（3時間）: 5000円＋交通費（枚方市内は無料、駐車場代のみ負担）

• 追加相談（1時間）: 1300円（基本AINEにて対応）

 

活動目的

外国人患者が自立して医療機関を利用できるよう支援します。

• 再来受付機の利用

• 症状の伝達

• 治療費の支払い

• 予約変更や薬局利用

 

待ち時間を活用した病院で使う日本語練習も可能。

Medical Support Services for Foreigners by AINE

Services Offered

We assist foreigners in receiving medical care comfortably and smoothly in Japan.

• Support with filling out medical questionnaires

• Guidance to appropriate medical facilities

• Assistance with childbirth preparations

• Explanation of insurance systems and administrative procedures

• Support with medication instructions and payment methods

• Help with scheduling or modifying appointments

Languages Supported: English, Spanish, and Simple Japanese

Fees

• Initial Consultation (30 minutes): Free

• Hospital Accompaniment (3 hours): ¥5000 + transportation fees (free within Hirakata City, parking fees only)

• Additional Consultation (1 hour): ¥1300 (primarily at AINE)

Purpose

Our goal is to help foreign patients independently access medical services in Japan.

• Use of automatic check-in machines

• Communication of symptoms

• Payment of medical bills

• Appointment modifications and pharmacy visits

We also offer Japanese language practice tailored for medical settings during waiting times.

• For severe conditions, we recommend hiring a certified medical interpreter.
